Fatal 4-vehicle collision reported in Colorado Springs
COLORADO SPRINGS, CO – Investigators with the Colorado Springs Police Department have released the identity of the man killed in a four-vehicle collision last Wednesday evening.
According to KRDO, the rollover collision occurred shortly before 6 p.m. near the intersection of South Nevada Avenue and Southgate Road.
Police say four vehicles were involved in the collision and blocked the entire northbound side of the roadway. Details regarding the circumstances leading up to the collision remain unknown.
21-year-old David Jacobs of Shelbyville, Kentucky died from injuries sustained in the accident. No other serious injuries have been reported as a direct result of the collision.
